This page only provides a presentation of our digital cinema projects. Our work for 35 mm films is too lengthy to list here.

FILMS

The Desert Flower

On March 25 2010 the film The Desert Flower distributed by CinemArt premiered in Czech cinemas. FILMPRINT DIGITAL was responsible for subtitling the 35 mm prints, digital mastering, and preparation of five hard drives for digital cinema.

The Eye Over Prague

The Czech film The Eye Over Prague premiered on April 15 2010. FILMPRINT DIGITAL created subtitles for 35 mm prints and was also responsible for the creation and subtitling of the DCP format for digital cinema.

StreetDance 3D

The film StreetDance distributed by Bontonfilm opens in Czech cinemas on May 27 2010. It is the first 3D project to be localized entirely in the Czech Republic. The film has been dubbed by our affiliate, LS Productions. FILMPRINT DIGITAL is responsible for 3D mastering as well as production of DCP media and KDM keys, thus making us pioneers in the preparation of 3D feature films for Czech digital cinemas.

Little Big Soldier

On July 29 2010 the film Little Big Soldier distributed by Palace Picture premiered in Czech cinemas. This film was distributed only in digital cinemas. FILMPRINT DIGITAL was responsible for mastering and subtitling of the DCPs.

Serious Man

On August 19 2010 the film Serious Man distributed by Palace Picture premiered in Czech cinemas. Apart from subtitling the 35 mm prints FILMPRINT DIGITAL also provided creation of digital drives for digital distribution.

Piko

The film ONE WAY TICKET, that premiered in the Czech Republic and Slovakia on 11.11.2010, was distributed solely via hard drives. DCP mastering, preparation of hard drives, and manufacturing and distribution of KDM were all provided by FILMPRINT DIGITAL.

King speech

The Oscar-winning film “The King’s Speech” opens in Czech and Slovak cinemas on March 10, 2011. Complete localization services for traditional as well as digital cinemas for this film have been provided by FILMPRINT DIGITAL.
